RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX AT KAZAN – TATARSTAN, RUSSIAN FEDERATION

On 24th February Codest International and ZAO Townhouses Compound Zagorodnaya Usadba (a subsidiary of Zenit Bank) signed a EUR 19 million cost plus fee contract for the shell & core construction of a residential complex at Kazan, capital of the Tatarstan Republic. The complex comprises of 58 individual villas (of varying total built up area from 160 sqm to 430 sqm) and various amenities, including a kindergarten, an administrative building and a technical station.
The execution period is 18 months.
In a secondary stage, the current scope of contract is to be extended so as to take over the scope of an earlier construction contract which includes the urbanization works, utilities network and the completion of 89 townhouses.
