The main contract, which had been awarded to Rizzani de Eccher in 2001, has since been integrated by six addenda in connection with the construction of additional service buildings, pertaining infrastructure works, underground lines and service facilities, the Millennium Village, the Central Command Forward Headquarters with their own service and infrastructure facilities, the relocation of QEAF premises and additional works and refurbishments. The total contract value amounts to over QAR 6 billion .
