The Department of Private Affairs of the President of the United Arab Emirates has assigned the joint venture between Rizzani de Eccher and ACC the design and construction of a 400 m mountain road to connect the Royal Pace with a belvedere. The contract value amounts to AED 90 million.
The project includes also excavation works, soil consolidation and the construction of two small bridges and is scheduled for completion in 13 months.
