The project, assigned to Rizzani de Eccher by the Seaway Group (shipyard), includes the construction of shipyard/production facilty of pleasure boats, part of the masterplan being developed by the Industrial Development Consortium of Monfalcone, located in the Lisert district. The scope of work includes the construction of a building to be used for production, complete of management offices, and two service buildings with a total covered area of 13,000 m2.. The complex will also include four floating docks and a fixed landing stage, a wharf for loading/unloading operations and assembly of manufactured boats, as well as a hauling dock.
