SIPRO COMPLEX IN ROME “TIBURTINO TECHNOLOGICAL POLE” (ITALY)

Rizzani de Eccher was awarded the contract for the construction of the new head offices of Sipro, one of the leading Italian companies providing security and surveillance services.
The project, which is scheduled for completion in 2 years, consists of the construction of a building with three underground levels and four above-ground levels, for an overall built-up volume of approx. 150,000 m3; the building includes offices, 3 large vaults, a money counting room, files and store rooms, staff training rooms, conference hall and underground parking facility.
The façade finishes features travertine and cotta tile facing tiles as well as a glazed curtain wall which create a particularly expensive appearance.
