“MOSKOVSKIJ” MEDICAL CENTRE MOSCOW (RUSSIA)

In Moscow’s uptown quarter of Krylatskij works for the construction of “Moskovskij” Medical Centre, the first international level polyclinic in Moscow, are fully progressing. This USD 50 million contract was awarded to Codest International by Moscow real estate developer “Construct Market Invest” (CMI).
The project consists of a building with an overall built-up area of approx. 27,000 m2 , rising on a total site area of 3.5 ha. The medical centre has 50 hospital beds, five “VIP” class wards, 8 maternity/post-pregnancy wards, 8 intensive care units, diagnostics and laboratory ward, polyclinic treatment ward, physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation and also a large congress centre for medical conferences.
