In November 2007 Rizzani De Eccher was awarded a contract for the construction of a residential building in Milan for a real estate company belonging to a leading housing development group that concentrates its activity on the construction of elite buildings in the capital town of Lombardia.
The building is situated in a central district of Milan and is characterized by state-of-the-art technical solutions, it has nine storeys above ground level with residential and business functional destination, and a four-storey basement to be used as car park; the total area is 14,500 m2.
Work has already commenced and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2009.
This is the fourth construction project started by Rizzani De Eccher in Milan in the last two years, following Milan Central Railway Station, Perfetty factory at Lainate and the residential building at Via Tacito.
