The project consists in the elevation of a 3.8 km railway section with 2 elevated stations, connecting the centre of Buenos Aires (Argentina) with the Tigre area.
The challenging time schedule, and the subsequent execution acceleration plan, have involved complex challenges and problems solution, confirming Deal, a Rizzani de Eccher parent company, as a reliable engineering provider as well as technical partner.
Following an acceleration agreement imposed by the client, the initial set-up of the work had to be changed according to the new requests, responding to various needs in a very short time.
The new conditions required considerable efforts in terms of engineering, partial redesign of the moulds, new launching equipment, as well as adapting other spare equipment to the new requirements.
Rizzani de Eccher has then decided to implement a permanent engineering task force on site in order to improve communication with the designer, maintaining its presence for the entire duration of the construction site.
The huge efforts have permitted to meet the new schedule and inaugurate the project in record time, with an official ceremony conducted personally by the President of the Republic of Argentina Macri.
